Felony Criminal Wage Theft Charges Filed Against ProFrame Construction

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office has filed its first-ever felony criminal charges against a company for wage theft. The charges against Chico-based construction company ProFrame, stem from an investigation by the District Attorney’s newly formed “Workers Protection Unit.”
